I w...I love the dedication and motivation you have! I wish I could do what you do. I try to eat clean as possible but it's tough especially when I want to transition to a plant-based diet. My goal is to get abs but it's hard! I don't do any weight lifting right now. I just run. Which seems to be the easiest to do to maintain the weight I want to be in.... Hopefully soon, I'll incorporate weight lifting to my exercise routine soon..
